IT Outsource Ltd ("ITO") is a full-service IT Consultancy and Business Solutions firm, based in the Cayman Islands and has been providing technology based solutions for clients in the English-speaking Caribbean since 2004. ITO focuses on clients in the Offshore financial services sector in the region and is able to offer best-of-breed solutions for SME and Enterprise clients.

Due to continued expansion, we invite applications for the position of Senior Sales Consultant – Enterprise Sales. This is a client-facing, revenue generating role with Enterprise Sales and Enterprise Account Management responsibilities. 

The primary responsibilities are the ongoing solicitation of sales of Enterprise Solutions (e.g. Servers, Storage and Networking products) to Enterprise Clients in the Cayman Islands and the English speaking Caribbean. In addition, the Employee will also be responsible for the sale of IT Projects, IT support contracts and IT Security related solutions and services to existing and prospective Enterprise and SME clients

The Employee will be expected to build relationships with key stakeholders within prospective Clients and act as a trusted advisor, delivering Pre-Sales advice and a business case for supporting the Sales cycle of the solutions being proposed. The Company may from time to time require the Employee to attend various social functions and a limited amount of International travel should be expected.

Essential:              Minimum five (5) years’ experience of selling DELL and HPE Server hardware solutions.
Essential:              Minimum five (5) years’ experience of selling DELL and HPE 3PAR Storage solutions.
Essential:              Minimum five (5) years’ experience of selling VMware solutions with a current VMware VSP certification.
Essential:              Minimum five (5) years’ experience of selling Wired and Wireless Network Solutions from Cisco, DELL or HPE Aruba.
Essential:              Minimum five (5) years’ experience of selling Microsoft Technologies.
Essential:              Strong communication skills and experience of selling Enterprise Hardware and Software.
Essential:              Strong Pre-Sales background and confidence with dealing with clients at all levels.
Essential:              Previous experience of working for a Consultancy firm or Value-Added Reseller.
Essential:              Previous experience in selling Managed Services, IT Projects and IT Support services.

Base salary will be according to experience and will be between USD$55,000 – USD$65,000 per annum with associated benefits and performance incentives making this an USD$100,000+ OTE package
