Garry has circa 29 years’ experience in Information Technology of which the last 23 years has been in senior management for Large Consultancy Firms, Financial Services organizations and Government Agencies in the UK (15 Years) and Cayman (14 Years). Garry has a proven ability to work at both the Business Layer and the Information Technology Layer and has strong Project Management experience supported by ITIL, PRINCE2, PRIDE and other best practice IT frameworks and project management methodologies. His previous employment history and varied management roles has ensured that he has been exposed to a variety of management challenges and has been able to gain a deep understanding of the latest technological advances, especially in the Storage, Virtualization, Networking and IT Security fields. Garry is the General Manager in IT Outsource and has been employed since 2013.
Shannon has circa 10 years’ experience in finance, accounting, office management and Human Resources. She is responsible for overseeing the offices’ day to day operations and has the full responsibilities for the company’s financials, including client billing, payroll, managing cash flow, accounts payable/receivables, financial statements, maintaining the asset register, international wire transfers, employee expenses and bank reconciliations. In addition, she handles all HR & Marketing activities and Order logistics on hardware /software purchases. Shannon has been employed since 2014 but has worked for IT firms for over 10 years.
Chad joined IT Outsource in April 2019 as an Administrative Office Assistant, with extensive experience in administration and customer service. He provides on and offsite support to both staff and clients. Chad is heavily involved in the logistics of hardware orders, human resources and clerical support tasks. This may include organizing files, managing filing systems, handling all incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, welcoming guests, planning staff meetings and company events, immigration, handling daily courier shipments and bank errands.
Chad's past employment experience includes hospitality and guest relations positions within the English speaking Caribbean. As a Guest Relations Coordinator at The Ritz Carlton, he was awarded 'Employee of the Month', and continued to hold that title until joining IT Outsource.
Richard has circa 25 years’ experience in Information Technology of which the last 14 years has been in Cayman. He is the subject matter expert in Storage (DELL EMC/HPE/Tegile), Networking (CISCO/HPE) and Server Infrastructure (HPE/Microsoft) and is the islands leading Citrix architect having successfully deployed solutions that scale from 5 to 500+ users for many of Cayman’s leading names. Richard is heavily involved in our cloud migration strategy and has been employed since 2013.
Gavin has circa 17 years’ experience in Information Technology of which the last 12 years has been in Cayman. Gavin has a proven ability to work under pressure within tight project deadlines and has strong Project Management experience supported by ITIL and the PRINCE2 project management methodology. He is the subject matter expert in Storage (DELL Compellent), Virtualization (Hyper-V & VMware), Networking (CISCO & Microsoft) and IT Firewall Security (Watchguard/CheckPoint). Gavin has been employed with IT Outsource since 2013.
Jason has circa 20 years’ experience in Information Technology of which the last 11 years has been in Cayman. Jason is a Technical Architect providing Veeam, Microsoft and VMware solutions for SME and Enterprise clients in Cayman. Jason has been employed with IT Outsource since 2014.
Gareth joins IT Outsource with over 18 years’ experience working in Information Technology of which the last 3 years has been in Cayman. Gareth has 15 years consulting experience in London working on major multi-million pound infrastructure programmes. He has worked as a Solutions Architect for Consultancy Firms, Public Sector and Financial Services organizations in the UK and brings a wealth of knowledge across Azure, converged infrastructure platforms and End User Computing. Gareth will be working as a Senior Technical Specialist focusing on pre-sales and project delivery assisting clients with their Digital Transformation and journey to the cloud.
Tyrone has circa 10 years’ experience in Information Technology of which the last 5 years has been supporting Enterprise grade solutions and clients in Cayman. He is a Senior Technical Specialist providing an array of experience across multiple technical disciplines, including Microsoft server virtualization, optimization and high-availability, wired/wireless networking, security, server/cloud mail and collaboration hybrids and numerous other enterprise solution topologies. . Tyrone is heavily involved in cloud migration strategy and implementation and joined IT Outsource in December 2017.
Mathew joins IT Outsource with over twelve years of experience as an IT specialist across the board internationally. His background is as a senior Infrastructure Consultant working across engineering, in house and consultancy platforms. He has worked within first world and developing economies, including Cayman, Bermuda, UK, South Africa and Botswana. Mathew is a Senior Technical Specialist providing Microsoft. VMware, storage, server and virtualisation solutions, as well as cloud, enterprise mail, networking and security solutions for our clients in the Cayman Islands and English speaking Caribbean.
Lascelles (or LJ) has circa 10 years’ experience in Information Technology all of which has been in Cayman. He is the manager responsible for the escalation of 3rd line support calls within the Service Desk team and is also responsible for the scheduling of new installations for new software or hardware. LJ has been employed by IT Outsource since early 2015.
Jens has circa 17 years’ experience in Information Technology of which the last 2 years has been in Cayman. He is responsible for managing the Service Desk and the Hybrid Cloud and Client IT systems hosted in the IT Outsource data-centre. Jens has been employed by IT Outsource since early 2017.
Dave has circa 12 years’ experience in Information Technology, the vast majority of which has been supporting clients in the UK. As a Service Desk Assistant Manager he provides leadership within the IT Outsource Cayman-based helpdesk and onsite support services. Operating as an experienced trouble-shooter, known for his efficient approach to dealing with client issues, wants and needs. A student of the continuing Microsoft era he is certified in Azure and Office 365 and has completed many a migration from 'on-prem' infrastructure to 'cloud'. Dave is also certified in best practice project management via ITIL, and, he's also worked in Japan.
Kelvin has circa 10 years’ experience in Information Technology the vast majority of which has been supporting clients in Cayman. He is an IT Helpdesk Technician providing onsite Support Services and 1st & 2nd line IT Support. Kelvin is heavily involved in the Service Desk team and deals with any IT issues or incidents that are logged by our clients and joined IT Outsource in August 2016.
Stephen has circa 2 years’ experience in Information Technology the vast majority of which has been supporting clients in Cayman. He is an IT Helpdesk Technician providing onsite Support Services and 1st & 2nd line IT Support. Stephen is heavily involved in the Service Desk team and deals with any IT issues or incidents that are logged by our clients and joined IT Outsource in July 2017.
Jermaine has circa 7 years’ experience in Information Technology, the vast majority of which has been delivering networking projects in the UK. As a senior network engineer he worked with telephony providers and supported clients with their LAN and WAN technologies. With extensive experience in networking he additionally holds certificates from the SOTI Academy (Business Mobility & IoT Solutions) and CISCO a CCNA specialising in Security. Jermaine was educated in the Cayman Islands and further Glasgow Caledonian University where he obtained a Masters of Science.
Nick joins IT Outsource with over 29 years of experience working in the Information Technology field as an Enterprise Account Consultant. Nick previously spent 9 years in Bermuda working with large financial firms, insurance, legal and government organizations. He also spent time working in the English speaking region of the Caribbean, which included the Cayman Islands. He worked with Hewlett Packard for 9 years as well as Fujitsu and many other large reseller organizations. Nick brings with him expertise with Cisco, Dell, HPE and Nutanix solutions in the Enterprise networking, storage, server, and virtualization technologies. In recent years, he has gained a great deal of knowledge working with leading manufacturers in the Hyper-Converged market that continues to advance within the industry. Nick joined IT Outsource in September 2019 as a Senior Sales Consultant, Enterprise Solutions.
